Have this little unit that I am having trouble sourcing. I tried Google onsemi 16a, onsemi f18, onsemi f1816a, onsemi f18 16a and also with spaces between on and semi.
Any help is appreciated.
I believe this is a TVS diode from On Semiconductor 1.5SMC16AT3, which is obsolete.
A possible alternate is 1.5SMC16ACT-ND.
Please check the datasheets.
