Direct replacement for DS18B20?

Hi, what is the recommended direct replacement for the Maxim DS18B20 temperature sensor? Can we use the DS18S20 as a direct replacement?

principally should DS18S20 work as direct replacement for DS18B20, but we’re out of stock, therefore our 1st recommendation would be: DS18B20+T&R as SENSOR DIGITAL -55°C to +125°C in TO92-3, just with differently formed leads.

Thank you Rolf, how about the new MAX sensor from Maxim? we intend to use the parasitic mode anyway, so would this be a good option? Do you have this one in stock?
