We just received our PCB’s ffrom DKRed and the metal contacts on the board are discolored. The board on the left has the issue. Could we have submitted anything incorrectly to cause this issue, so this doesn’t occur again?

This wouldn’t be anything you did wrong, I would consider it a defect within the plating process.

OP’s issue aside, I am surprised to see a round PWB. My understanding was that only rectangular boards without routed profiles were available.
Just did a 5" round PCB via DK RED 2 weeks ago, when I submitted it I wasn’t sure if it would go through but it did.
The price was higher than I had guessed based on a couple of previous rectangular DK Red PCBs from 6 months ago but was still a very good bargain.
