Discrepancy in the tolerance value between datasheet and Digikey

Datasheet sheet shows this is a 2% tolerance part. But Digikey says it is 6.41%. Which is correct?

I do not see a mention of the tolerance for this part in the On-Semi datasheet. I did see a mention of a Nexperia part that shows 2%, but this may not be the same for the On-Semi part. I am checking with On-Semi about the documentation.

We have this part number from two manufacturers. onsemi’s website indicates it is +/- 5% tolerance.

Onsemi has confirmed it should be 5%, as Kristof found.

Thank you! The same PN made by Diodes is a 2% part. That is why I was confused.
