I am going to check with the manufacturer for the accuracy of this part. I will post again when I have additional information.

Olimex LTD advised manufacturer part number TC-K-TYPE, DigiKey part number 1188-TC-K-TYPE-ND the accuracy is Standard Class 2.
I searched Google AI Temperature Sensor accuracy Class 2 advises “Class 2 tolerance is \pm 2.5\text{\degree C} or \pm 0.0075|t|”. Please see snip below.
