Thank you for all the images. These were very helpful as I am able to identify the part.
Although I’ve never seen it applied in an edge card configuration, this 15 circuit FFC / FPC connector is part number 15FMZ-BT(LF)(SN). I have attached a drawing as well as included a link to the datasheet.
