Does artikel 5496-LA20300-ND include the cooling fan?

I’ve found artikel 5496-LA20300-ND.

Does this include the Ebmpapst cooling fan? If so, at which voltage does it operate?

The linked on PDF datasheet does not work.

Thanks for your response.

I’ve since ordered and received the heat sink. There was no ebmpapst fan included in the box.

Is this a faulty delivery from Fischer Elektronik? Or does artikel 5496-LA20300-ND not include the ebmpapst fan after all?
