DVI Differences

Looking at this I realized that some might have problems identifying which connector is which. I provided the information below to expound on the explanation.

For the first two variations above their are actually two more variations as there is a single link and a dual link version.

As one might expect, single-link DVI is the slower, less capable version as it only supports up to a 60 Hz refresh rate with 1920 x 1200 resolution while dual-link DVI supports up to 2560 x 1600 at 60 Hz resolution.
