EBMPAPST Fan replacement

I currently have a fan from a residential condensing boiler that has a EBMPAPST part no: -

RG175/2000-3633-010304

The boiler company (Triangle Tube) does not offer this fan anymore and is currently out of business.
Can you help with a replacement of this fan?
