I am looking for an emergency stop (E-stop) push button that includes a protective cover, guard, or flip-up safety cover to prevent accidental activation.
The intended application is aerospace or industrial equipment, so I am preferably looking for a robust, panel-mount, aerospace-grade or industrial-grade solution.
Could anyone recommend suitable products or manufacturers?

I have no search parameter for the features you list; you don’t give any voltage or amperage requirements. We have a part 450-2416049-7-ND Panel Mount, Front Push-Lock, Turn-Reset. The challenge is to match the guard to the desired switch E-Stop switch.
Recommend you start by exploring the Schneider catalog.
Like nearly all industrial control switches, you will need to consider things from a family of parts perspective. In this case, we are exploring the Harmony XB4 switches.
