I want an led having power 10-15 watts, NA of 0.25-0.3, and divergence angle of 30-35 degree for eye or retina illumination purpose. It should be spotlight and white.

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. Are you looking for a ready to use eye exam light or do you want components to make one?
I want an LED to use it on our device for illumination purposes. The specifications I have already mentioned you.
We don’t carry LEDs for specialized applications such as this. If this is to be used as a replacement part in a piece of medical equipment, then you should work with the manufacturer of the equipment. If it is for a new design, then you should work directly with an LED manufacturer to get LEDs that will meet the stringent requirements of such an application.
