You can not order specific hardware and firmware versions from u-blox:

You can order the base units thru: EVA-M8M-0 u-blox | RF and Wireless | DigiKey (EVA-M8M-0)

Based on the age of EVA-M8M-0 product, I’d expect everything to be ‘-10’.
