What is the part number of the connector? There is no information listed for the connector.

I thought my question went specifically regarding that part.

So,

It’s ELP4A01-ND

I’ve been struggling with this all day.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cal,

I do not see an extraction tool listed for this connector. I couldn’t find anyting on the manufacture’s website either. You can contact Amphenol from their Support Page, and see if they offer an extraction tool.
I’m sorry I was unable to find anything.

Hi again David

I was given the attached document by Amphenol support.

In it there are part numbers of FX3-0000-002 and FX3-0000-003 for extraction tools for the ePower-Lite connectors, like part # ELP4A01-ND.

I ran the two part numbers on all the distributor websites suggested by Amphenol as well as DigiKey.

Neither of numbers were recognised anywhere.

I explained this to Amphenol support, but they were adamant the two numbers are valid.

So now I’m stuck.

I don’t suppose you have any extra access to anything regarding FX3-0000-002 and FX3-0000-003?

The part numbers are valid, but are non-stocking parts.
