FC4L32R020FER from Ohmite but we do have another option. We unfortunately don’t have a direct cross for that part number, the closest option available is part number 273-FCSL32R020FERCT-ND from the same manufacturer. It is the same device package and meets the specs of the original, but it is a 2 terminal chip instead of 4 terminal, so it may not be suitable as a direct replacement.
