For part number RPC3953-ND from Essentra Components, the adhesive does have a shelf life. After speaking with a product manager who works with Essentra, I was able to confirm that they consider the shelf life to be 1 year from invoice date. Please note this not date of manufacture or shipping, it starts at the time that the invoice is issued.
