I have a picture here of the part. I don’t know what kind of package this IC is nor can I find the P/N from this top marking. Any help would be great

Sorry I am not finding any info for any of those markings either and I am not finding anything with that package type in our system , This may have been a custom made part for the OEM .

A wild guess is that this is a GreenPAK chip by Renesas/Dialog/Silego in STQFN package. If is such, replacing it is almost impossible.
