We’ve gotten a number of inquiries into cosmetic standards and defects for these boxes, often concerning minor scratches, smudges, or other finish blemishes. Are these considered defective product?
Minor blemishes in the surface finish of Hammond products is not generally considered defective product. Stuff happens, and the boxes do not always arrive in pristine condition. So long as the box itself is undamaged, the product remains perfectly functional and ready for use.
