I think, CO2520-25.000-1.8-15-TR-NS1 will have tighter frequency tolerance(±15ppm) and rise/fall time(1.0ns @20~80%) comparing CO2520-25.000-1.8-50-EXT-T-TR which has ±50ppm and 10ns @10~90%. Thus, if your system allows this frequency tolerance and rise/fall time, CO2520-25.000-1.8-50-EXT-T-TR could replace it.
