Hi, I’m building a test set-up that will be run in conditions between 70 C - 160 C and need part of the set-up to be well lit. Any quick-to-install LED strips that can function above 70 C would be perfect. I’ve found some individual LEDs that would work, but a strip would be more convenient.

We don’t have much in that range and the LEDs aren’t going to be happy, you’ll probably have to run them at a lower current range than what they’re made for.
Operating temperature is often Tc which means the temperature of the LED case, in other words the product of ambient temperature and the temperature of the current running through the part.
Here are a couple possible options.
Consider an incandescent lamp of some form. They’re exempt from regulation in applications such as domestic ovens specifically because of their tolerance to high-temperature environments.
