Hello,
I’ve got a board used to control some other hardware and it’s got the chip in the attached picture on it. Can someone help me identify it?
It’s a ball grid style package, but I don’t have any clue on the pitch or number of pins.
Other similar boards use an FPGA as the main controller, so that’s the initial thinking. However, I’m unable to find any information on a chip with those markings.
Any assistance identifying this would be appreciated.
