Hi everyone,
I’m looking to identify an IC with the marking VCL NA
I have deducted that it corresponds to a load switch but I’m not able to find the part.
Any help is welcome

Sorry the marking is VCL AN
Hello Pvergili,
Unfortunately, I have not been able to find anything based just on the marking. Are you able to share anything extra, specifically in regard to the board this comes from and/or the surrounding circuitry? It may assist in locating the part in question.
Nick, thanks for the help. The IC is connected to the output of a power supply and provides supply to an FPGA that needs to be shutdown as the device is battery powered
Hello pvergili,
The closest I can find with the VCL top marking, is part number XC6702DD91PR-G-ND.
We do not carry this in stock, but it is a IC regulator, with a 13.9V output.
If you feel this could be the item, we can search for a possible alternate.
David, thanks for your help but I know for surte this is no regulator as the board has a testpoint that says 3.0V on the output of the IC, that in normal operation goes down to 0 after a few seconds when the device goes to a low energy comsuption
Sorry for the misleading the packages is not SOT-23-6 instead is a SOT363
I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t have any idea what part this would be.
Hi pvergili,
The SOT363 note was a useful clue. How about this guy (seems pretty likely):
SI1869DH-T1-BE3 – It’s basically an N-Ch and P-Ch MOSFET pair used along with a few external components to make a solid-state load switch.
From the datasheet (note part marking is “VC”):
From Vishay-Siliconix SC-70 Part Marking Information document: (see additional decoding information within this document)
Thanks!!! That the IC, I was able to confirm it through the connections that matched the pinout
Good to hear!
