Help Identifying Transistor

Hi,

I need some help identifying a transistor(s) on the main board from a Paradigm subwoofer. I’ve contacted the manufacturer and they have no answers as they longer have parts for this sub. So I’m left to identify them myself.

I’ve included a picture of the outward facing transistor’s numbering. The 2 brown transistors in the picture are identical in colour, shape and size. They appear to be BJT’s but I’m not sure. And their numbering is different. I assume that is significant. The numbering for the 2 transistors is as follows,

ECB

667
7K2
ECB

I assume the ECB simply identifies the pins and can be ignored to identify the part.

Any help to narrow this part down would be greatly appreciated.

This is most likely 2SB647 and the other one is the complementary 2SD667.
