Welcome back to the technical forum. I would say these are the Nichicon UD series. I found only one stocking option with part number 493-2308-1-ND. Here is the link:
The stocking option I can find for the 680uf is part number 493-2267-1-ND on this link: UUD1C681MNL1GS Nichicon | Capacitors | DigiKey

How to find the voltage would ne listed next to the value. Like the 680C. The C is the actual voltage code per the datsa sheet. The H would be the voltage code for the other one. They have the chart on page one if you look under where they are listing the pictures. There they are pointing to how what the part marks mean.
Just for sure verify the size as they might be making multiple variations of size for the value.
