Hi can anyone help me identify this 4 channel TVS diode? I’m not sure which one on this site is the right one to buy. It’s for the back of a USB C charging port on a hand held gaming device.

Alternatively, you can use this one - RCLamp0524P (marking 0524P).

Hi Ryan. It was more to get the right value (I’m still learning) but the other one reads 0.7 volts in diode mode so I’m guessing that’s what the .7 stands for in the text? If I get this one (linked below) will it still work? Hope this makes sense.
Also the size of it is 2.5mm x 1mm

Looking through the link that ryan_urness provided, they all should have the size of 2.5mm X 1.0mm.
Hi David, thanks. yes I can see they are all the size I need. I just needed to clarify the voltage etc which I’m still trying to learn/ get my head around. The one I need seems to be 0.7 volts in diode mode on the 4 pins. Will any of the ones listed work?
