Are you able to provide more information about the board with this Diode? Model number or device name?
Yes, it’s in a Mikrotik CCR2216 router. We accidentally blew it up by applying a 24vdc power supply even though it needs 12vdc.
Fair chance it’s a Bencent BV-SMDJ13A.
That would be a fairly generic unidirectional 13V TVS diode for which SMDJ13ACT-ND would be one of many available comparable equivalents. A very reasonable choice for input protection of a 12V supply input, and very much something that would blow promptly if a 24v supply were connected.
Perhaps worth a try to potentially salvage an expensive piece of gear, but there’s a very real chance that additional damage was done that is less visible.
