Is there a rear wire cover shielding for either of these parts that goes over the wire connection and connects to the connector?

Yeah those all look like just M12 I need the M12-4 “D-CODE”

Both of those you mentioned are designed for a custom molded cable.

Here are some water resistant/proof M12-4’s that we list as “D-Code” and which have backshells of various types.
