For cable harnesses Custom.Orders@digikey.com would be able to make the cable you are needing.
You would probably need to provide them a drawing for the cable you would like along with the items number you would like to use.
The 8pin connector the power supply wants is the 640250-8
640250-8 TE Connectivity AMP Connectors | Connectors, Interconnects | DigiKey
The contact for that is 3-640706-1

For a Molex 1360 12pin connector I found the below link of housings. You will need to select the housing you want.
