How DigiKey's TechForum works behind the scenes

Since its beginning, DigiKey Electronics has offered technical support to our customers. Today, our Engineers and Technicians are available 365 days per year, 24 hours per day to answer your technical questions and help you find the part you want. We offer support via telephone, email, chat, and TechForum.

When a post is made on TechForum, the system automatically notifies the next available Apps Engrg resource to service the post. In this way, TechForum is as responsive as any “chat” system.

Making technical inquiries public serves not only you but everyone with a similar question and it enables others to contribute to and embellish answers. As is, we service more people on a day-to-day basis from TechForum than from all other channels combined. Thank you for using this service.
