How do I Use my Oscilloscope to Read 3.3v when it only Understands 5v, 2v, and/or 500mV

Testing One Two, One Two…

I have a Rigol DS1102E that can understand 5v, 2.2v, and 500mV only. I have a board that uses 3.3 CMOS logic I/O (GPIO for instance).

Am I allowed to read my 3.3v GPIO pin on the DS1102E at any of my listed voltages?

I am not getting a good reading and I am trying to track down what could cause the issue(s)…
