How many come in a Tray?
This one would be 1 piece = 1 piece.
The unit is not a piece the unit for purchase is a tray. How many chips are in a tray?
Page 36 of the linked product manual indicates that the OEM packaging contains 27 units per tray.
Note however that pricing and unit of sale as purchased from DigiKey are indeed on a per-unit basis, as Karl indicates.
