How can I connect my new account with the account that already exist for the company I work for?
I only see how to create a new billing account, but not how to connect with an existing one.
I am not sure if there is a method of merging accounts. Let’s see what they say.

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum! When you mention “new account”, are you referring to a TechForum username or MyDigiKey Registration account (customer number)? If the former, I do not believe there is currently a way to merge usernames although you will not need separate usernames for each company.
If you are referring to the MyDigiKey registration account (which is customer numbers and Net account numbers), you will need to speak with our Global Customer Support team directly and they will be able to merge/tie the information for you. The following link has the support contact information:
