I’m trying to feed crimped connector pins into connector
1-967644-1 but the locking mechanism won’t close. Maybe I’m not crimping properply?

Howdy! I used 5-965906-1 (CONN SOCKET 20AWG CRIMP TIN) and 22 AWG wire with this Amazon Basics wire stripper. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TS6KCXD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Wondering if I didn’t properly crimp the crimp tin because I the wire stripper isn’t the right tool?
