I buy temperature controller Selec TC544A and SSR -40DA to control my oven at 170•C. After set up SV at 170•C and choose control PID, but my Oven cannot control at 170•C, always over heat, temperature increase not stop (over 200•C😒)

Please ensure that the controller is configured for the correct sensor type and that the sensor is properly connected. If the process temperature displayed by the device is correct according to other independent measurements, that is a good indication that these settings and connections are correct.
Check that the correct setting for heat/cool mode is selected. Select on/off control instead of PID control, and verify that power to the heating element is turned off when the process temperature exceeds the set point. If it is not, check the connections to ensure that the relay is not improperly turned on all the time. If control works properly in on/off mode, the PID mode may simply require tuning.
