Yes, this strip has adhesive. The supplier lists it as: Buna-N Rubber Strip with Acrylic Adhesive - 70A - 1/4" Thick x 2" Wide x 36" Long.

It also lists the Adhesive Temperature Range as -30° to 230° F.
