IS THE ADHESIVE FOAM AND IF SO WHAT BRAND

Hello,
Welcome to the DigiKey tech forum. The adhesive is acrylic based , I’m not sure what brand it is but the datasheet shows the adhesive information. This manufacturer link also has information you may find useful.
