Hello! Thanks for posting, it looks to me like these are a pair of TVS diodes based on the information I’ve found searching for those top marks. The generic part number is SMCC12CA, with our best match being Digi-Key number 1514-3SMC12CATR13PBFREECT-ND.
It looks to me like that should be a good replacement, however I do recommend reviewing the specifications, and making sure the size matches the dimensions of your diodes. It should at least be close enough to make solid contact with the solder pads.

@chris_groom has found the right TVS type diodes to match yours. Here are some others which should also do, some a bit more affordable.
