Dear Sir/Ma’am,

We have ordered the below-mentioned part number from both DigiKey and Mouser. However, we have received different components from each supplier.

Part No:S30B0C-P09MCC0-5000

From DigiKey, we received the connector and other mechanical accessories, but the connector pins were not included with the part.

From Mouser, we received only the connector pins, while the connector and other mechanical accessories were not included.

As both orders were placed for the same part number, we are unsure how different components were supplied by the two vendors.

Our warehouse notes you should have an assembly with the below 8 parts pictured with orange arrows. It sounds like you are missing the ‘Insert with solder capacity’ highlighted in yellow.
