Hi, I would truly be grateful if someone here could help me better indentify this capacitor.

(On an AC to DC Converter) 115-120VAC to 12-14VDC

It has 4 marks on it.

I Can’t find it on this site im lost in the specs.
I have two on another board that are burnt I would like to replace with identical or equivalent.
