Please let me know the difference between MX25V1635FZNQ and MX25V1635FZNQ03
I don’t see any difference between these two parts. Nothing explains the 03 suffix. I will contact our product manager that handles the Macronix products, and see what the 03 suffix means. I will add to this when I get an answer.
Below is what we received from Macronix.
The MX25V1635FZNQ03 is manufactured in Macronix Fab2 and is for new designs.
The MX25V1635FZNQ is manufactured in Macronix Fab5 and is NRND.
