I recently helped find a cross for an Intersil (Renesas) part that was on an PCN Obsolesence report, ISL6534CVZ-TS2705. The item is a Linear + Switchting Voltage regulator. The obsolesence report suggested the following series as a replacment: ISL6446IAZ

The datasheet does explain that the suffix T* just refers to a tape and reel specification, so this will not change the eletrical behavior of the part.
