looking for this if u guys have instock diode for ipad backlight

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. I wasn’t able to identify this part based on the V3 marking, do you by chance have the electrical specifications to assist in finding a possible replacement?
Sorry i dont but i know it is for an ipad 7th gen backlight circuit

If it is an SC-76 (a.k.a. SOD-323) package, with following dimensions . . .
. . . then it’s likely the following:
