Is digikey selling Raspberry pi pico 2 with the RP2035A0A2 IC or the later RP2035A0A4?

Sadly, these are probably still either A2 or A3, as a Raspberry Pi Blog post from here explains:

Update: (20260209)
Quick update on this, pulled one from stock… We are still shipping “A2”, so it’ll be a while till even “A3” (and then) “A4” show up in SC1631
