Global Part Number Changes
Johanson introduced a new Global Part Numbering (GPN) system
This system will replace their legacy part numbering system back on January 1, 2022. The transition to the new GPN system is expected to be completed by January 1, 2026. Customers can search for a legacy part number on the Digi-Key website, where the corresponding GPN may already be listed. Additionally, the legacy part number will be included on the product page under “other names.” It’s important to note that the part itself remains unchanged, with the only difference being the part numbering.
