Part number RN73R2ATTD1523B25 is listed on its DigiKey webpage as AEC-200 rated, which is true, however the datasheet provided on the part page on DigiKey is old and has no info supporting the AEC-Q200 rating. I had to go to the KOA Speer website to confirm that the series is indeed AEC-200 qualified by looking at the most recent datasheet provided there. Please update the part page on DigiKey with the newer datasheet that confirms it is AEC-Q200 qualified.
