I purchased Xilinx Kria KV260 Vision AI Starter Kit (Part #: 410-377).

The board is not working:
**Errors:**
- SD card slot: “Card did not respond to voltage select! : -110”
- USB controller: “probe failed, error -110”
- Ethernet PHY: “PHY reset timed out”
- PS-GTR PHY: “PLL lock timeout, Failed to power on: -110”
**Tested:**
- Multiple SD cards (SanDisk Ultra 32GB, 16GB)
- Different card readers and PCs
- Correct OS (Ubuntu 22.04 ARM64 for Kria)
- Jumpers J18/J21 verified OPEN for SD boot
- Power supply: 12V 5A (60W)
**Board info:**
- Model: KRIA KV260-G

I had posted my error on AMD. Still, there is no response from them.

Please give the manufacture more time to answer your question.
I had raised this issue on Feb 6th. Still now, my issue is not yet resolved. If you cannot sort out the issue, replace the product or refund my amount. My project is getting delayed because of the Faulty product. I suggest you to initiate the replacement process. I had already paid Customs duty in my country. It is a waste of time and resources. Your contact number is also not working i.e 8000404249.
We have to go through the full process to get you the return.
I contacted the manufacture, they recommended you post on their forum.
We have no way to expedite your case.
Nathan, we are waiting for a response from your end. I had been delivered a product which has manufacturing defect. Still, no solutions from your end. May I know, Indian office details, so that I can contact them directly. I am losing a valuable resource i.e “TIME”.

Nathan, this is request on AMD for a solution. No one is responding from AMD.
I have reached out to AMD to request they follow up with you on their Support Forum. We will continue to seek support from them going forward on this issue.
