LED holding issue_A0142N1 in A0310Y

HI Team,

I am selecting one illuminated push button the assembly parts are given below,

A0152B- CONTACT BLOCK DPDT 6A 250V
A0263B - Switch Bezels / Switch Caps SCREEN RND RED
A0142N1 - Industrial Panel Mount Indicators / Switch Indicators LED 24V RED
A0310Y - Switch Contact Blocks / Switch Kits INDUSTRIAL CONTROL A01 16MM

but while assembling these parts i am facing issue. the issue is the led a0142n1 is not fixing tightly / properly in a0310y part. kindly review the selected parts and give me the suggestion to resolve the issue. any special tools are required or part have to change . suggest me as soon as possible.

Note: LED glows if gave power but it come out easily from the a0310y part.

It looks like you will need to use part 679-1315-ND(A0109X) or 679-1316-ND(A0109Y) with this bulb as A0310Y is for a different version. 679-1315-ND is for a maintained style and 679-1316-ND is for the momentary version. This will also need 679-1348-ND(A0163B) for the lens to it.

Thanks for your reply Rob, can you suggest the led part which is fix in a0310y part. among 4 parts except led 3 parts are assembled properly.

It looks like this uses midget groove T1 3/4 size bulbs, so something like part VC1512135W3-ND would work for this.
