What thickness is being sold? Not clear in the listing
The 3M part number returns a discontinued product when I try to look it up. Do you have a DigiKey part number for that item?
Hello again! I did some searching and received assistance from a fellow technician so we have an update on this.
If we assume you are looking at part number 6517-3M-VHB-5952-9-33-ND. The thickness is 0.97mm once the liner has been removed. With the liner included, the total thickness is 1.1mm when taken out of the box.
In short the actual adhesive tape is 0.97mm thick, and the PE film used as the removable liner is 0.13mm thick.
