LITTELFUSE FLOAT SWITCH HE-637-ND

I bought a Littelfuse Float Switch HE-637-ND Model 59630-1-t-02-A but it doesn’t work for me. It is ON when I want it OFF and OFF when I want it ON.

I am trying to replace the Float Switch in a Welbilt humidifier Model MW-501 T/88, which they don’t make anymore. The Float Switch is mounted on the bottom of the tank and its purpose is to turn the humidifier OFF when the water level gets low. It needs to be ON in the extended position.

Is there a Float Switch similar in size to the Littelfuse model shown above that is ON in the extended position and OFF in the retracted position?

So the HE637-ND is the SPST-NO configuration. There is basically the same product we have but in SPST-NC configuration. That part is F8100-ND. Check it out and see if this one can work for you.
