I am currently designing a reference module which needs to contain capacitances with low temperature coefficients (TCCs) and low drift
→ This is required since the uncertainty needs to be as low as possible
My question: Which capacitor type should I look for? The tolerance of the nominal value is not that important, since the nominal value will be determined before usage.
Needed nominal values: 10nF, 100nF, 1uF, 10uF, 100uF
Any help is appreciated. Product suggestions are appreciated as well!

Before we get started I would like to share a link to a couple of previous posts with you. After you have reviewed them if you still have questions we can go from there.
Regarding the higher capacitance ratings you could be looking at the X7R temperature coeff. for ceramics. Or you may be interested in Film Capacitors with dielectric material PEN capacitors (polyethylene naphthalate, MKN).
