That IC chip is part number R1172N401B-TR-FE from Nisshinbo Micro Devices

Hi glenn5055,

That’s a very specialized chip designed for that application. We would have nothing like it. One can build lighting controllers with similar functionalities, but this would require writing quite a bit of code and hardware design work.
